AREMIS, a new era

AREMIS Group was created in July 2010 in the scope of a management buy-out in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

The management of AREMIS Group selected the Oraxys Cleantech Private Equity investor as co-shareholder. Oraxys (www.oraxys.com) is one of the first Private Equity houses of Luxembourg-French origin with a European influence, specialist in expansion capital investments for Small and Medium Companies that market products or services with strong Added Value in terms of Environment – Public Health – Energy.

Company Background

The management of AREMIS Group is working together for more than 15 years, both in the Computer-Aided Facility Management and in the Occupier Support Services businesses. Historically, they were part of former DBAssociates which was taken over by AOS Group, a French-American specialist group in Real Estate and Facility Management.

Oraxys is made up of Strategy Partners who ran top-managing positions in European industrial groups. These personalities are financially committed and are recognized experts in their industry. Oraxys Partners support the development of the companies with which the funds of Oraxys are invested in, by displaying broad international business networks.
