Johan van de Ven (Netherlands) held several business innovation management positions in Royal Philips. Among others, he has been Managing Director of new business creation in Philips semiconductors (now NXP), and lastly, Chief Technology Officer for the global Philips Consumer Businesses where he managed the worldwide R&D operations and the group's innovation portfolio.

Johan van de Ven has extensive international experience, notably in Asia. He is currently active as executive consultant for innovation management and innovation-driven transition.

Marc Van Ossel (Belgium) worked for his career at Eli Lilly (pharmacy) and Saint Gobain (materials). Among others he has been Senior Vice President of Saint Gobain group, in charge of Environment and Human Resources. Marc Van Ossel has been also CEO of Saint Gobain for Benelux, Germany and Central Europe.

Marc Van Ossel is currently an investor in several SME.

Reginald Thomas founded in 1990 a design office CAO-CAD. He soon collaborated with large companies in the banking and petroleum sector such as Shell, Fina, BBL. He joined DBAssociates to found the graphics department, where he developed a range of services to end users of commercial buildings.

In addition to his European consulting missions, he has setup a graphic design office in Vietnam to achieve key development missions of drawing digitalisation. He has expanded his department with specialists in Space, Move & Facility Management to meet the growing demand for FM outsourcing in today's society.

Xavier Orts started his career at DBAssociates in 1993 to develop the activities of software solutions dedicated to the management of general services and corporate real estate. He has contributed to the international expansion of these activities in the Benelux, France, the United States, Luxembourg and Spain. He has particular experience in deploying these solutions on several continents for major international groups.

Managing Director of AOS Aremis within the AOS Studley groupe since 2007, Xavier Orts organized the management buy-out of this activity in 2010 to establish the AREMIS Group.
