Luxembourg office opens
Capitalising on the success of its first projects in the Grand Duchy, DBAssociates creates a Luxembourgish subsidiary to further develop local business.

Paris office opens
DBAssociates creates a French subsidiary and undertakes its first implementations of ARCHIBUS in France.

Swiss office opens
DBAssociates’ Swiss adventure begins with the acquisition of a Lausanne company. Our clients are leading local and international businesses and organisations.

1st global assignment
Investment bank UBS appoints AREMIS to handle the worldwide rollout of its ‘Global MIS for Facility Management’ system to optimise the management of its workspaces and office occupancy in continental Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Asia-Pacific.

AREMIS Group is established
The AREMIS Group is established as part of a management buy-out, with four locations: Brussels, Paris, Lausanne and Luxembourg.
2014
+45 million m² managed
By 2014, over 45 million m² of corporate real estate is managed by AREMIS consultants or solutions in Europe and the rest of the world.

AREMIS recognised as Gazelle in Brussels
