Redevelopment of the Firmenich Tower for the State of Geneva

The State of Geneva, with its main offices located in Geneva, is a public entity dedicated to administrative services for Geneva citizens.

It occupies 500,000 m² of office space spread across several sites in the region, optimized to meet the diverse needs of administrative services and ensure efficient management.

Several State services of Geneva were to move to the former Firmenich Tower.

We had to bring together several services with varied needs and expectations in a single location.

The permit having already been filed, we had to rework the spaces by modifying the existing partitioning as little as possible.

The tower has 16 floors. We have reworked the flow and the security of the premises to offer good living and working conditions to visitors and collaborators.

We have created reception, waiting, meeting, collaborative work and living spaces.

Each floor has its own coffee point.

We organized workshops with certain collaborators to discuss different themes (reception, common, meeting spaces, etc.) in order to find the best arrangements for each space according to the needs of the collaborators.

We managed the entire move and the end of project work.
