Bank in Luxembourg
Our client is a banking institution, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole and Santander groups, specialising in financial services. It has over 1,300 employees.
Innovation, Sustainability and Efficiency: The keys to our customer's success in the face of competitive challenges
Against a backdrop of an intense war for talent, our client, a major player in the banking sector, took up a challenge. The need to review talent management was becoming crucial, with a twofold challenge: to anticipate talent growth while minimising obstacles linked to the workspace, constrained by the impossibility of structural modifications.
The solution emerged with the move to an activity-based office, creating a variety of spaces conducive to collaboration and creativity. At the same time, the client extended its commitment to eco-responsibility, underlining its alignment with strong environmental values.
A global and innovative solution
In the Glacis 2.0 project, we deployed innovative solutions to meet our client's challenges. Our design concept incorporated an activity-based office to offer maximum flexibility in the use of workspace. The creation of a central catering area, including an 'Eat & Meet' and several 'Coffee Corners', was a significant step forward, encouraging informal exchanges and collaboration.
Co-design, involving managers and employees in well-defined choices, was a key element in this transformation, reinforcing the feeling of ownership of the change. ONEPOINT's support facilitated the transition to an activity-based environment, ensuring successful integration.
In short, Glacis 2.0 has gone beyond a simple physical transformation by bringing about a cultural evolution, emphasising flexibility, collaboration, commitment and optimisation of every square metre, resulting in high levels of employee satisfaction.
Stimulating collaboration, sustainability and well-being: our success in optimising the working environment
We have optimised space by allocating 1m² out of 3 to meeting, concentration and relaxation areas, thereby stimulating collaboration and employee well-being.
The commitment to sustainable development has also paid off, with maximum use of recycled materials to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
The key to our success has been the satisfaction of our employees, who have benefited from a working environment tailored to their needs, encouraging them to be more motivated, productive and committed.
